ACTIVITIES:

Physical Education: Physical education is a discipline that promotes physical activity and well-being through exercises and physical activities. It involves the practice of sports, aerobic and anaerobic exercises, stretching, and other techniques that contribute to improving physical fitness, strengthening the body, and maintaining good health.

English: English is a globally used language for communication in international contexts. Learning English involves acquiring skills in listening comprehension, oral expression, reading, and writing in this language. It is essential for cross-cultural communication, access to educational and professional resources, and understanding English culture and literature.

Theater: Theater is an artistic expression that involves live performance of characters and scenes. Participants in theater activities learn acting skills, body expression, diction, and teamwork. In addition to building self-confidence and communication skills, theater promotes creativity and empathy by putting oneself in the shoes of different characters.

Gardening: Gardening involves the cultivation and care of plants in a designated space, whether indoors or outdoors. In an educational setting, gardening can teach participants about the life cycle of plants, the importance of plant nutrition, and the connection to nature. It also promotes practical skills and environmental responsibility.

Music: Music is an artistic form that involves the creation and interpretation of sounds and rhythms. In an educational context, learning music may involve the study of music theory, the practice of musical instruments, and singing. In addition to developing musical skills, music education also fosters creativity and aesthetic appreciation.

Painting: Painting is an artistic form that involves the application of colors and pigments on a surface to create images or visual representations. Learning painting includes the development of technical skills, the use of different artistic media, and the exploration of creativity. Painting is a powerful form of personal expression and visual communication.
